Summary
I’m Kenneth Lindsey Calamay, a 22 year-old guy residing at Pembo, Makati City, Philippines.
I was born in the province of Northern Samar. I'm a Christian and a member of the church called Christ’s Commission Fellowship (CCF). I speak three Filipino dialects aside from Tagalog – Inabaknon, Bisaya and Waray. I can write in English but I can barely speak it.
I was a computer programmer by trade but decided to switch to entrepreneurship after internalizing the books I read about the mechanics of money. I’m passionate about rejection-free, non-embarrassing, professional, renegade ways of doing multilevel network marketing.
Educational Background
I spent my elementary years in Northern Samar – grade 1 at Capul Central 1 Elementary School and grades 2 to 6 at San Isidro Central Elementary School. I studied high school at Christ the King College in Calbayog City, Western Samar.
I finished Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas, Tacloban College in Leyte. Because of this, I can easily understand anything new about information technology when I set my mind into it.
Spiritual Views
I believe in the sovereignty of the God Almighty and that everything, including the Devil, is under His control; that the devil can only do so much as long as God allows it; and that the only way to heaven is belief in the Son of Man; and that no one will believe in the Son unless God created circumstances for his belief to be possible. Therefore, no one cannot boast about being saved through his own act of believing because it was God who made it possible for him to believe in the first place.
The basis of my belief is this: Jesus said, “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day. All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. ” - John 6:44,37, John 14:6
Financial Views
I firmly believe that financial literacy is the solution to poverty. To me, the contrarian principles of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad make more sense than the traditional accounting principles.
I think nations would prosper if everyone followed a tweaked version of the Jars Money Management System, originally developed by T. Harv Eker and his Team.
Multilevel Marketing Views
Multilevel marketing is a business and everyone knows that businesses generate revenues through sales. Whether the model is business-to-consumer or business-to-business, businesses sell goods or services. No wonder people who don’t have any clue about sales find multilevel network marketing hard.
The problem with network marketing is that a downline who has no clue about sales is taught by an upline who has no clue about sales, which in turn is taught by another upline who has no clue about sales. And so on.
Most uplines are sincere in helping their downlines because they have a financial interest in the latter's success. But despite this sincerity, they are actually sabotaging their downline's success by teaching them wrong or obsolete business principles. We must know what these principles are so that we can avoid it. But even more so, avoid leading our downlines astray.
